The rapeseed crop is planted at the end of August and harvested in July the following year. The seed has an almost black skin and contains over 40% oil.
All rapeseed grown for Shropshire Country Oils is produced in Shropshire to Farm Assured Standards ensuring good environmental practice and a great quality product.
