An intensely fruity sauce with orange, rosemary and garlic.
As a sauce: Just the best brown fruity sauce. Serve with grilled meats and sausages. As a 30 second special sauce mix add 30g sauce with 150ml cream, season and warm through - serve with grilled steak, duck breasts and seared fish. Add freshly chopped parsley or chives.
As a marinade: Marinate pork, lamb chops, chicken or white fish for 10 minutes then grill or fry.
As a glaze: Towards the end of roasting joints, spoon over sauce for added flavour and wonderful shine.
As a pan-fry: Toss goujon strips of pork fillet or chicken breast in a little sauce - pan fry for 2 minutes, turning once.
