How to Buy Online from Fordhall Farm
| About our delivery service |
We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays by ParcelForce to all addresses in England, Scotland and Wales, but not those in the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Your order is dispatched the day before and packed with ice packs in insulated packaging to keep it fresh.
Delivery charges:
- To arrive at any time of the day: £10
- To arrive before 12 noon: £12
- To arrive before 9am: £15
If you are only ordering books or a DVD we will send them by Royal Mail First Class Postage. The delivery charge is £1.95. Please select a "books only" delivery slot when you book your delivery. |
| How to shop |
Fill your basket
- browse or search to find what you want, adjust the quantity and weight to suit and then click 'add to basket'
- at anytime you can go to the 'your basket' page and review what you are buying and see any discounts that have been applied

Book your delivery
- to book a delivery slot you must have registered and be logged in
- go to the book your delivery page and click on the service you want
- book your delivery by clicking on the day and time you want

Checkout
- after you have booked your delivery go to the checkout page
- enter your card details
- in the comments box tell us where to leave your order if you are not going to be in
- any other special instructions you have for us should also be entered in the comments box
- click on the 'place order' button

| Security of your card details |

- The details of your payment card are stored with Protx, our payment service provider, when you place your order.
- We then instruct them to take payment once we have prepared your order.
- We never store your payment card details and they are never seen by us at any time.
